About Our Products
All needlepoint canvases available through The Collection Designs are handpainted by skilled artisans. Due to the custom, artisan nature of our products, shipping timeframes vary based on product availability.
In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation.
Backordered & Made-to-Order Items
If an item is out of stock or requires custom painting, production time can range from 4 weeks to 5 months depending on the complexity of the design and current production schedule. You will be notified of the estimated completion date when your order is confirmed.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our canvases, production timelines may vary. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our artisans create your unique needlepoint pieces.
Order Updates
We will notify you when:
- Your order has been confirmed
- Items are backordered with estimated availability
- Your order has shipped with tracking information
